Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
A real person, day or night
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
Free to you, start to finish
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Local, and cleared for the work
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and North Dakota require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Fargo. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
The honest limit of all of this
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
